Flow Calibration

Flow metre calibration is the process of verifying the accuracy of a flow metre against a reference point.

Calibration usually involves measuring the flow rate of a known volume of liquid, gas or pressure passing through the flow metre. This can be done by a comparison measurement using a reference meter in situ, by an electronic verification or by a wet calibration or using an IBC.

Calibration by comparison and calibration by verification reduces the need for downtime on your process, as the flow meter can stay in the line, reducing costs.

Pressure Calibration

A pressure gauge/transmitter is a device used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid. There are many different types of pressure instruments, each designed for specific applications.

Pressure transmitters and gauges must be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate readings. To ensure your instruments are within tolerance we have the equipment to pump through the range to measure the output either at the gauge itself or on the DCS/SCADA systems.

Analytical Instrument Calibration

Temperature Calibration
