Charlie Welch
Founder and Director
Prior to Welch Instrumentation I had been with Endress+Hauser for 5 years. I covered various equipment within the company including flow, temperature, analytical, level, pressure. In 2017 I joined the ranks of covering offshore, tank gauging and gamma. Having left school when I had the chance (16),
I joined a small company (P & S Automation) working from the director’s garage. I spent 8 years and helped with the progress of the company (who now have 2 units). I covered and managed our calibration contracts within the marine industry. I covered pressure, level, temperature as well as maintaining the companies own SCADA systems.
Danielle McDonald
Administration Manager
I recently joined Welch Instrumentation in October 2021 as an administration manager, alongside this I also work in administration in a doctor’s surgery Monday-Wednesday, carrying out the work of a receptionist, prescription clerk, secretary, and private work administrator.
Prior to working in administration, I worked in the care sector working with both the elderly in care homes and in the community with young adults with learning disabilities supporting them to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
