The FDU92 ultrasonic sensor is designed for continuous, maintenance-free level measurement of fluids, pastes, sludges, and powdery to coarse bulk materials. Additionally, it excels in flow measurement in open channels and measuring weirs. Its measurement remains unaffected by changes in dielectric constant, density, or humidity and is resistant to build-up thanks to the self-cleaning effect of sensors.
Moreover, it is suitable for use in explosion-hazardous areas. The maximum measuring range is 20m (65ft) in liquids and 10m (33ft) in solids.
