The FDU93 ultrasonic sensor is engineered for continuous, maintenance-free level measurement of fluids, pastes, sludges, and powdery to coarse bulk materials. It is also adept at flow measurement in open channels and measuring weirs. Its measurement remains impervious to changes in dielectric constant, density, or humidity and is resistant to build-up, thanks to the self-cleaning effect of sensors.
Additionally, it is well-suited for use in explosion-hazardous areas. The maximum measuring range is 25m (85ft) in liquids and 15m (50ft) in solids.
